Venue Policies

Age Policy

All patrons must be 21 years of age or older, regardless of whether they intend to drink or smoke. A valid ID (U.S. Passport, Driver's License, Military ID, or other federally recognized identification) is required for entry. The ID must be valid, not expired or defaced, and must match the individual presenting it. Exceptions to this policy may be made for privately scheduled events, subject to prior discussion and approval by the venue before the day of the event.

Disruptive Behavior Policy

To ensure an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, any behavior that disturbs others or disrupts the environment will not be tolerated. This includes excessive noise, inappropriate conduct, or any actions that detract from the relaxed and welcoming experience we strive to provide. Management reserves the right to address such situations, including asking individuals to leave if necessary.

Dress Policy

Cleopatra's Hookah Lounge embraces a relaxed and casual environment while maintaining a tasteful atmosphere. We encourage attire that respects the welcoming and enjoyable space we aim to create for all our patrons.

"Bring Your Own" Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their own beer, wine, or cigars in sealed containers for consumption on the property, subject to a corkage or similar service fee. However, due to licensing restrictions, hard liquor is not permitted on the premises, whether brought in or served. We kindly ask guests not to bring any hard liquor to the venue.

Intoxicated Guest Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we will not serve, continue to serve, or allow entry to any visibly intoxicated guest. Our staff reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding guest intoxication and service.
